Made of high-performance alloy steel with precise heat treatment, the tap owns high hardness, high toughness and strong torsion resistance, avoiding breakage during continuous high-speed tapping. The premium nano composite coating provides low friction, high temperature resistance and excellent anti-chip-sticking performance to eliminate built-up edge.

Spiral flute taps are suitable for blind holes with upward chip removal; spiral point taps are for through holes with forward chip ejection. Optimized thread angle and flute structure reduce cutting resistance and machine load, supporting high-speed tapping and mass production with stable thread precision.
